Risks & Unforeseen Circumstances

NQ Adventure Tours will do everything possible to make your holiday a lifetime to remember. People of different age groups participate in our tours; we therefore adjust activities to the fitness levels of the tour members. Nevertheless, certain risks exist on nature-based excursions, especially in remote regions without medical support. Extreme temperatures, exposure to dust, rain and the rugged terrain can be a hazard to elderly and unfit persons.

The operator reserves the right to alter itineraries as necessitated by unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, natural catastrophes, mechanical failures or other safety issues. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the client. Some activities on the tours are provided by other companies, consequently NQ Adventure Tours does not take any responsibility whatsoever for these activities.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

NQ Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel Private Charters/Tours at least 4 weeks prior to departure, if the minimum number of 2 participants – except Private Charter, has not been reached. In this case we will recommend a suitable alternative. The following cancellation fees apply:

• 30+ days before departure: full refund
• 29 – 15 days: 25% of the price
• 14 – 3 days: 50% of the price
• 2 days and less: no refund

Payment

• A Deposit of 25% is required after Booking is complete within 7 days.
• All bookings need to be prepaid in Full – 14 Days before the Departure date

Important Information

• Number of participants is a minimum of two, to a maximum of 12 or additional participants on request except Private Charters
• All Tours are operated in German and/or English if required
• Route changes are possible due to unforeseen circumstances or road closures, especially in the wet season
• Due to distances and traffic conditions no exact departure times can be given
